Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your label is printed.

 

How do you get your prices?

We base our prices on recent eBay comps or TCGPlayer market values. Card condition is also considered – any visible damage or flaws will be clearly noted in the description of the product.

The market changes fast, so if you think a price is off, feel free to reach out – we’re always open to adjusting.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Sealed boxes will be securely packed in a box. 

Single cards are shipped in a penny sleeve, and any card valued over $5 will also be placed in a top loader. Orders with multiple cards will be placed in a team bag and high-end cards placed in a magnetic card holder. All card orders will be placed between shipping protectors and sent in a bubble mailer.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $49.99 are eligible for free shipping. (U.S. only)

 

Do you accept returns?

We generally do not accept returns. But, if something arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to make it right. 

 

Can I sell to you or trade?
